2011 Japan Open F5B Infomation

F5B is equivalent to the Formula one of Auto racing in model airplane competition. It only takes two seconds to reach 300km/h, it climbs 80m/sec in altitude, and the motor produces 5 horse-powers only weighs 350gm. The glider which makes an incredible 20G turn only weighs 1500gm. They are all state of the art technology equipment and require very delicate flying skills. Welcome to the incredible world of F5B flying!

I've had many requests from beginners and novices asking for an informative source on "How to fly F5B.”
So here it is. All of this information is from my experience and may not necessarily be the best way for everyone. You might get better results from another method or technique. If you know a better tip for certain techniques, please let me know so I can include it here for others to learn.

I hope this site will help your F5B flying skills and help you achieve a better finish in your next competition.
